Submission process

| 1 | Submit your abstract (Word) and participation information form (Word) to the conference abstract submission system. (We will open the file submission system later.) | Please download the format: Abstract template of AILCD2026 Participation information form |
| 2 | You will receive an ID code of AILCD2026 after your abstract submission. | ID code is used to submit your full paper and register for the conference. |
| 3 | Acceptance Notification of Abstract will send to you. And open for registration. | Acceptance of your abstract and completion of conference registration means you can present your research at AILCD2026. Around November 15, 2025 |
| 4 | Upload your full paper file (Word) to the conference submission system. The full paper document should be renamed with your ID code according to the following format, such as AILCD2026-XXX.docx” | Deadline of the Full Paper upload: December 10, 2025 Please download the format from below: Fullpaper template of Journal of AILCD Please make sure that you have obtained the ID before submitting the full Paper. |
| 5 | The full paper will be reviewed. | The reviewed manuscripts will be published in the journal of AILCD. |
| 6 | Please register for the conference in time. | Before February 20, 2026 |
| 7 | The proceedings of conference abstracts and journal of AILCD will be produced. | Before the conference |
