AILCD 2027 welcomes abstract submissions and academic presentations. Full papers may also be submitted for consideration for publication in the Journal of Asian Institute of Low Carbon Design, subject to peer review.

| 2 | Abstract Submission. Submit your abstract in both Word and PDF formats through the Conference Submission System. The abstract must follow the official template and include your registration number (KIEW-XXX). Please download the Abstract Template of AILCD 2027. | Deadline: November 30, 2026 |
| 3 | Abstract Acceptance Notification. The abstract review results will be sent to authors by email. | Deadline: December 10, 2026 |
| 4 | Full Paper Submission. Submit your full paper in Word format through the Conference Submission System. The manuscript should follow the official template and be named using your registration number (e.g., KIEW-XXX_full paper.docx). | 5 | Full Paper Review. Submitted full papers will undergo academic peer review. | Deadline: January 2027 |
